Photographing Bek and Corey’s wedding at Avalon Castle in Cockatoo, Victoria, was like stepping into another world—a perfect blend of Harry Potter enchantment and Star Wars adventure! The castle setting added a fairytale vibe that suited their theme beautifully, making it an unforgettable day for everyone there.

With lightsabers igniting the way, every detail spoke to their love for these legendary stories. The arrival of the 501st Legion in full Star Wars cosplay was a showstopper, adding an epic touch to the celebration that had guests (and us photographers!) in awe.

After the first dance, Bek pulled off a surprise that left Corey absolutely speechless. She revealed that she had secretly recorded the vocals for their first dance song, Eternal Flame. The look on his face was pure magic and worth every bit of secrecy.

With my wife and second shooter, Miranda, we captured every incredible moment as Bek and Corey celebrated into the night with the Bakers Boys Band, who kept the energy high. With a same day slideshow at the reception, the couple left with edited photos in hand, ready to print or share instantly—an instant hit that only added to the magic of the day.
